What You'll Do

Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing, recovery, and roadside assistance
Dispatch the right driver and equipment based on location, load, and urgency
Track jobs in real time and keep customers updated on ETAs

Comfortable working in a live, phone- and radio-based dispatch environment

Operate heavy-duty wreckers and rotators on accident recovery, breakdown, and disaster relief calls
Assess complex recovery scenes and plan safe rigging and lift strategies
Coordinate with law enforcement, D.O.T., and municipalities on scene
Maintain and inspect heavy recovery equipment before and after each call

What We're Looking For

Valid CDL Class A, or strong willingness to obtain one
1+ years of heavy-duty towing or recovery experience preferred
Current D.O.T. medical card, or ability to obtain one
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, often under time pressure

Operate flatbed and wheel-lift tow trucks to safely recover and transport passenger vehicles
Respond to roadside assistance, accident recovery, and private property impound calls
Communicate with dispatch and customers to provide accurate ETAs and updates
Complete accurate paperwork and vehicle condition reports for every tow

What We're Looking For

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift, hook, and secure vehicles in all weather conditions
Prior towing or roadside experience preferred, not required
